It is a governed layer, not an open listing board: every opportunity carries source, consent, eligibility, authority and audit, and matching is human-in-the-loop — the platform surfaces evidence-based candidates a person acts on, never an automated placement. The live build tracker for the founder's priority order — what is complete, in progress and not started, with dependencies and estimated delivery dates. Status reflects the platform as actually built and deployed (green deploy gate), not a plan on paper. Dates are per-module targets at the observed increment cadence and shift only with scope, never silently.

The reusable institutional operating surface. One shell adapts to every archetype — Professional Club, Federation, University, Ministry, Healthcare, Insurance and School — and on entry leads with an institution-specific operating dashboard: the institution's daily-workflow loop, its own headline KPIs, a severity-ranked alerts band and operational actions. Each institution-specific workflow is now completed inside the workspace itself — open a case, issue a clearance, record a determination, issue a directive, log an assessment or record consent, and approve, review or close the resulting work in place, without leaving the operating environment. Beneath the dashboard the same governed records assemble into the full lifecycle — roster, readiness, welfare, medical, decisions, directives, monitoring and reporting — and a value band records why AOS exists for the institution. The archetype only changes the language and the framing; every write runs through the platform's existing governed, permissioned, audited endpoints, and every KPI is a real governed count in your tenant — never a fabricated figure.

Consent & Guardianship
Recorded, auditable consent and the governed guardianship path. Approving a guardianship record is the only way the athlete's guardianship status transitions — and it requires a different approver from the proposer (no self-approval).
Medical & Health Governance
The first governed domain on the constitutional foundations. Medical records are special-category health data: each is classified at capture, its sensitive clinical detail is sealed in the vault and only referenced here, and a minor's record cannot be activated without an active consent and guardianship. Fitness-to-play clearances are decided under a no-self-approval gate.
A derived, honest view from the latest approved clearance only. Athletes with no approved clearance show as awaiting assessment — never assumed available.
Cases
The generalised case spine across safeguarding, welfare, medical, conduct, integrity and grievance work. Each case carries a workflow state and an SLA due time derived from the tenant's SLA policy.
Decisions & Evidence
Governed decisions move draft → submitted → approved under a no-self-approval gate, and evidence is attached to any governed subject with its provenance recorded.
Assessments
The governed assessment battery that feeds the intelligence engines — the crown-jewel instruments (AIRS, APS, PDDIS), the Readiness architecture, and the Physical, Medical, Education and Pathway pillars beneath them. Instruments and their versioned templates are catalogued here; raw assessments are captured against a national record.
Communications
Logged interactions against a national record, case or stakeholder — with channel, direction and an SLA class for response governance.
Operational Workspaces
Workspaces are governed instances of archetype profiles — Football Association, Ministry, University, Professional Club, School, Healthcare Provider and Insurance Provider. Each is configuration over the shared platform, not a separate codebase: the profile selects modules and governance posture, and the workspace enables them for a region or institution.
User Management
The people who operate this tenant. Every person holds one or more governed roles that determine exactly what they may see and do. Provisioning sets a real credential once — never displayed again — and a person is deactivated by suspension, the reversible governed state that immediately revokes access. No change may leave the tenant without an active platform administrator.
The initial password is set once here and is never displayed again; the new person rotates it after first sign-in. No credential is stored in clear text.
Roles & Permissions
The tenant's access architecture. A role is a named bundle of governed permissions; a person inherits exactly the permissions of the roles they hold. The four canonical governance roles are provisioned with every tenant; custom roles refine access for a tenant's own operating model. The platform_admin role holds the wildcard root authority and is not narrowed here.
The governed actions the platform understands. Each is resource:verb; the wildcard * grants every action and is reserved to the root role.
Tenant Administration
The multi-tenant control plane. AOS serves clubs, academies, universities, federations, ministries, medical and insurance organisations as isolated tenants. Onboarding a tenant provisions its organisation, the canonical governance roles with the platform-standard permission grants, and a first administrator. Lifecycle changes are governed: a tenant moves active → suspended → archived, where archived is the soft-delete state and cannot be reversed.
The initial password is set once here and is never displayed again; the new administrator rotates it after first sign-in. No credential is stored in clear text.
Institutions Registry
The governed registry of institutional bodies — federations, clubs, schools, universities, medical and insurance providers, and ministries — each governed by an authority area. Productionised into workspaces in Phase 4.
Notifications
The governed notification substrate. Each notification references a real event — a high-risk case opened, a decision awaiting approval, a guardianship approved. Surfaced and acted on in the executive Command Center in Phase 5.
Workflow, SLA & Escalation
The reusable state-machine definitions, SLA policies and escalation log that govern the lifecycles of cases, decisions, guardianship and assessments.
Intelligence Outputs
The governed intelligence engines — AIRS, APS, PDDIS, Readiness and Executive Intelligence — and the evidence-backed derived records they produce. Every output is computed server-side, bound to its governed sources, and approval-gated before publication.
Decision Intelligence
Evidence-backed recommendations derived from governed intelligence outputs by the active decision rules. A recommendation is never auto-actioned — it is reviewed and, if accepted, promoted into a governed decision that carries its own no-self-approval gate.
Reporting Intelligence
Governed reports-as-records. Every report is composed only of registered metrics resolved from published governed outputs; lines without a governed source render honestly as not available. A report cannot be published without source, and a published report is immutable.
Metric Registry
The single canonical catalogue of every metric, index and KPI. Reports, dashboards and executive indicators reference these entries rather than recomputing their own figures — one source of truth for every governed number.
Executive Intelligence & Forecasting
The composed, forward-looking executive layer. The snapshot below is built live from published, governed engine outputs — portfolio posture across AIRS, APS and PDDIS, the named at-risk register, and a governed development forecast. Nothing is recomputed or fabricated; a trajectory is projected only once an athlete has two or more governed scoring cycles, and indicators below report awaiting activation until their metric has published outputs.
GEIS · Ecosystem Map
The whole-tenant view of the governed ecosystem graph (AOS-DOC-38B). Every actor is a node, every connection a governed relationship, and every domain figure is a versioned, source-bound score — the map colours a node by the ecosystem health the GEIS engine last computed for it, and falls back to awaiting evidence rather than fabricate a value. Run the engine from a node to populate its scores.
Talent Identification & Projection
Forward talent projection (Doc 30 / Build Bible 20). A projection reuses the athlete's published, governed performance scores as its evidence — it reads a current level, and projects a band over a chosen horizon only once two or more governed cycles establish a trajectory. With no governed score it reports insufficient evidence and no number; it never fabricates a trajectory.
